About Jenny Wheatley NEAC RWS
Jenny Wheatley is a distinguished British artist celebrated for her emotive use of color and distinctive compositions. She trained at West Surrey College of Art and Design, earning a BA Hons in Fine Art Painting/Printmaking in 1981. Since then, she has dedicated over three decades to her artistic practice, exhibiting widely across the UK and internationally. Elected as one of the youngest members of the New English Art Club in 1983 and the Royal Watercolour Society in 1984, Wheatley's work is characterized by a vibrant palette and a unique interplay of patterns and perspectives. Drawing inspiration from her travels and personal experiences, she creates compositions that convey her emotional responses to landscapes, interiors, and human interactions.
