Note: This was
published in the album “Les peintres
lithographes de Manet a Matisse” Paris,
Galerie des peintres graveurs, edition
Frapier, 1925. The two albums contained of
16 different lithographs. The first edition
consisted of 100 proofs with 85 signed by
the artist. The second edition, from which
ours comes, consisted of 575 proofs and
was reduced by 5/6 mms.
